I’m happy to work with writers of all ages and abilities, from someone starting their first story or poem, writers finishing a second or third novel, college students, or high school students working on their college application essays.

I can meet with you over Zoom to talk through your manuscript after I have read and critiqued it. These sessions are especially useful if you’d like more give and take on your writing. High school or college students might also like this approach. I’m also willing to set up regular meetings, and I can offer a discount for multiple tutoring/coaching sessions.

I would love to organize and run small writing workshops in single or mixed genres, bringing together groups of 5-10 writers via Zoom. Writing is best learned when you have the opportunity to listen to a range of critiques. Critically reading and responding to the work of others is also an excellent way to discover what you need to attend to in your own writing.
